1. Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free & Insured Worldwide Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days from the shipment date.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives on time, occasional customs clearance delays or regional postal bottlenecks may slightly affect delivery windows.

3. Shipment Tracking & Insurance Every single order is fully insured and tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages Your peace of mind is our priority. If your package arrives damaged during transit, or if it gets lost before reaching your door, don’t worry. Because all our shipments are fully insured, please reach out to our customer support team immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. ZenClose is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to fix it before shipment.
